Key Responsibilities: Deliver results meeting agreed cleanliness standards subject to client inspection clauses upon handover. Follow scheduled arrival windows while maintaining full autonomy over task sequence.

Key Responsibilities: Adhere strictly to facility security protocols, bio-sanitation standards, and site inspection criteria while coordinating independent nightly completion targets.

Qualifications & Supplies: Proven residential experience, valid liability coverage, and own reliable commercial vacuum, microfibre mop systems, and certified cleaning chemicals (or client products per agreement).

Qualifications & Supplies: Commercial sanitation certification preferred; contractor must furnish commercial-grade equipment or operate facility-dedicated chemicals strictly as outlined in contract.

Work Arrangement: Flexible contract schedule, 20-35 hours weekly across agreed dispatch slots.
